Nix Construction, Inc. was incorporated in Texas on November 20, 1992, and registered with the TRCC as Registered Builder #7158 on March 12, 2004.

Nix Construction, Inc. has been an accredited business in the Better Business Bureau of Central East Texas since 2004 and is a proud member of the Tyler Area Builder's Association, the Texas Association of Builders and the National Association of Homebuilders.

Nix Construction, Inc. has been designated by the National Association of Homebuilders as a Certified Green Professional (CGP). Nix Construction Inc. is also an EPA certified Lead Paint Renovator, as well as an Energry Star Builder.

Nix Construction, Inc. is also an active member of the Tyler Chamber of Commerce,  Historic Tyler Inc., and Leadership Tyler.
